Where is located Tenerife?
Satellite map of Tenerife in Canary Islands, Atlantic Ocean
Above the tropic of Cancer, opposite to the African coast you will find Tenerife, the biggest island in the Canarian archipelago.
With only about two thousand square kilometers of abrupt geography and 350 kilometers of coast, it offers the visitors a lot of contrast and appeal that have made of the island one of the main European and International touristic destinations.
Seafarers and classic authors located here the Eden or Garden of Hesperides. Today it continues to be a natural jewel, anchored in the Atlantic, that maintains its personality and where you will still find all the luxury and comfort to relax and enjoy.

Looking at the map it looks even further away from Spain and the rest of Europe.

Hi Dave,
It is indeed one of the furthest Europe territories…
I am going to update the entry with some flight length times from common destinations.

On second thought, I preferred to write a post about flight times to Tenerife.
