Tenerife weather in January

This picture was taken a few days ago, in Puerto de la Cruz. This city is located in the North of the island, which is colder than the South part. These are the average temperatures for this winter in the North of the Island:

Average low: 17C/62F. Average High: 22C/62F. Avg Precipitation: 0.1cm/0.04in
January
Average low: 16C/60F. Average High: 21C/70F. Avg Precipitation: 0.1cm/0.04in
February
Average low: 16C/60F. Average High: 21C/70F. Avg Precipitation: 0.1cm/0.04in

Is it roasting hot during the summer? What is the best time of the year to go to Tenerife?

The summer in Tenerife is slightly more warmer than in winter, but it still not so hot (maximum about 30 degrees Celsius/86 Farenheit)
