Spots

These are the most beatiful spots where the people from Tenerife love to go. Most of them are not so known by the tourist, as they are in the North and center of the island:

Anaga Mountains. This national park is an extensive protected area of high ecological value. These beautiful mountains in the very north of Tenerife boast a wide botanical wealth, with one of the most representative samples within the entire archipelago.

Barranco del Infierno (Raving of hell)

Cañadas del Teide. This national park has a very impressive landscape. The near cable car allows to visit the top of the vulcano, with a view of the other islands from there.

Güimar Pyramids. This recent archeological discovery is extremely similar to the step pyramids from Peru or Mexico. They are still a mistery for the archeologists.

Los Gigantes

Lunar Landscape

Masca. One of the most authentic parts of Tenerife, with outstanding landscapes. There is only a footpath which drives you to a small port, where you may get a boat to go to Los Gigantes.
