Some tourism numbers about Tenerife

In 2006, 2.6 Million of tourists visited Tenerife. Grouped by the main countries of origin, the tourist were coming from:
- Spain (mainland): 37%
- United Kingdom: 27%
- Germany: 16%
- Belgium: 3%
- Italy: 3%
- Netherlands: 2%
- France: 2%
Interesting facts:
- The months of maximum occupation are April and August
- The months of minimum occupation are February and May
- British prefer Christmas season to visit Tenerife, on the other hand August is the less popular month

2.6 million !!! That’s impressive, although I understand since the climate is, essentially, permanent summer.

Because your house is in the North, I would recommend online places like segundamano or Imagen Inmobiliaria. Both sites are very popular among Tenerife people.
